Keeping the vibes out front, Mike
Freeman draws
appreciative audiences to his
evocative mix of
jazz, Latin, fusion, and World music.
Characterized
by compositional inventiveness and engaging improvisations,
his music is a catalyst for spirited group interplay among the
musicians. An Omaha, Nebraska,
native, based in
New York City since 1981, he has
performed at
leading jazz venues near and far. His dynamic
performing style has enlivened numerous jazz clubs, colleges, concert
halls, and music festivals. |
